1.從外觀比較
就可以看到果肉,開口裂縫大,嘴巴張得比較開平整,直接能夠看到圓圓的果肉,那就會比較好,相反的就是低品質果喔

2.吃起來比較
自然開的開心果,都是肉質飽滿的,如果買到開心果10顆內有2-3顆沒開殼或果肉偏小甚至空包彈就是買到次級品囉

3.自然開殼的
成熟的果粒將外殼自然爆殼而出,所以果實熟度夠、果肉飽滿,會比機器開或人工開好吃許多
